I applied for a credit card August 8. They took out $241.99 out of my account, i was told that i would recieve it in 4-6 weeks. I hadn't recieved it by october so i called and they said the computers were down and that it was in the twin towers so i understood that. So when november came around i called back and was told it was in the mail and should be recieving it at any time and here it is jan 17th and i haven't recieved nor heard from anyone. I even asked for a refund back and was told i couldn't get one. I would like to know what is going on. And now i can't even get in touch with anyone because it gives a code of puany and it won't let me through.
