I signed up for a trial on www.oncamforyou.com and paid a trial for £10.38. Since then on 14/9 they took 0.66p, 16/9 £39.00 and on 18/9 £8.79. These were debited to EPOCH.com and Alcuda in Cyprus. On the EPOCH site I tried to cancel but they said they could not trace my account although i put in all the ID nos, e mails and other IDs they provided me initially.
I have written to Alcuda now asking them to stop but am not hopeful.
Can you do anytyng to help?
