| spent that money on bids and 'won' numerous items and received nothing. They stalled and then blamed their suppliers. I could not get a refund or any products for a costly sum. I feel ripped off and cheated in my first venture in web shopping. Penny auctins are meant to rob unaware people of their pensions and income. I could not afford this scam but it seemed so likely I was getting good buys. It turned out to be good programers not honest businesses.
