I sent this letter to them:

Your company people have been calling me over and over again. I have asked repeatedly to have them remove my name and number from your list. This morning a man kept asking me why I didn't want to make money on line. I kept saying please take my name off your list. He said 'I'm asking you a simple question... Over and over again.
I am sending a copy of this note to every agency that may have control over your actions.
TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST!
