I ordered the complete set of Dallas the TV Series and found so far that the 1st disk was blank, several disks have scratches and skips, the 10th disk keeps popping out of my dvd player as unable to play, the 11th disk will not load and I don't know what else I will find. Their website says emails answered right away, and manned 24/7 but I have sent 2 emails and still have not heard anything from them about a replacement or refund. These are all pirated copies and should be subject to certain penalties for copyright infringement. I am going to report to my credit card company and also see what I can do about the copyright infringement next.
