I used their "free" lookup service, it didn`t have any information on it, they charged me $1.00, I cancelled the service membership, it said I had to call this number within 48 hours to confirm cancellation, I did, then called back a week later and they said "yes" I had already cancelled, after reviewing my card statements I find they have been auto-deducting from my account monthly, I try to call the number they have, it says you have to do it online as they have no phone service, I speak with their online rep, he asks me for the confirmation number they would have given me, I don`t have it... It was months ago! He gives me another confirmation number and says they will cancel the account, I ask for contact info with their firm as I want to talk with someone about this, he says he is my only source to discuss this matter with...! Now I`m searching all my old online stuff to find the original c-number so I can report this company~{ SCAMMERS }~. So beware of any type of online records search outfits, cause you could get taken for hundreds of $ and not have anyway to recoupe it!?! I checked my emails from then and it was a different company that I did the search with, and don`t have the confirmation number in any of it? So, how long do they do this and to how many before they
get shut down [or how much $]?
