I bought two outboard engines from a UK website, but from this guy in Indonesia. I checked his passport, bank. Company certificate and utility bills and all came out OK. He then shipped the engines to me after payment and I assumed everything was OK. I tracjked the engines with a shipping Co and even paid the import duty only to have the shipment cancelled at the last day. I have heard nothing since
