I approached Nadia Pamela Watson to do a second bond on my house as that is the nature of her business, I paid her requested fee of R7000.00 admin fee. Months went by with Miss Pamela Nadia Watson not delivering, after i suggested to her that i will get my lawyer to claim back the admin fee i gave her, Miss Nadia Pamela Watson issued me with an approval in principal allegedly from Absa Bank.
After querying the Approval in Principal which i received from Miss Pamela Nadia Watson with Absa Bank i found out that Nadia Pamela Watson has falsified a letter head belonging to Absa Bank. I will be handing this * document over to the Commercial Crime Unit of the police. Not only has she issued me with the falsified AIP but she had the odessity to send fake valuators to my house. To my knowledge she has issued 4 other people with fake approvals allegedly from Absa Bank. Nadia Pamela Watson paid R180.000 to someone to guarantee her 10 approvals on house bonds at ABSA BANK.
