The site was set up like you could apply for Section 8 via the internet. When I paid the $14.00 on my card, it was not a section 8 application. I want a full refund. I've contacted my bank and they will try to reverse it but the [email protected] aDDRESS WAS RETURNED. Maybe I should've pit a www in front of it. I'll try it again.
