I have had the same trouble my sister and I thought we would try out the trial pack. I feel so stupid. We also waited and nothing came then we got charged. I cancelled my card but now I am freaking - every month two more packets arrive. This is like a nightmare. If you know how to contact them I would be so happy.
Does anyone know a number that actually works to get through to them?
