To Whom This May Concern, my name is Penny Stauffer and I have 99.49 taken out of my checking acct. And i never said it was OK to do this and now because of it I have a over draft fee of 34.00. I had talk to a lady today 9/5 and she told me that I can get a form on your web site buy I can not find it. And she also told me that it will take up to 30 day, well it sure didn't take you know 30 days to take it out. I don't think this is fare that I have to wait this long because in another 3 days the bank is going to charge me another 34.00fee this 99.49 you took out made my checking acct. Short.
