I am a 15 year old female concerned about my grandmother and other elderly people who have recieved this letter scam. These people are on a fixed income or very little income and can not afford to be scammed. I personally think that the people who send out these letters intentionally target individuals knowing they have never won a sweepstake after meeting these specific qualifications. Therefore, I am asking that you totally investigate this matter so that myself and others my age will not have to endure these types of manipulative scams in the future. This excited me also, before knowing that this was a scam. Please address this appropriately to the public. Thank you.
