I was charged fees for a loan that I never received. I would like compensated. They took money out of my account without prior authorization. If I don't hear from you soon I will be taking drastic measures to make sure you don't do this to anyone else. Thanks to you my account is overdrawn. That's not good because I'm not able to cash my checks. I am ver perturbed at the company. I suggest you clerify this matter as soon as possible.
