When I applied for this Horizon Gold Card was under the assumtion that this was a Credit Card that would help you build your credit. I get a post card in the mail that tells me that I am approved for a 500.00 Credit. Than 2 week later I get a card in the mail that says Horizon Gold on it and that I can only use it on-line at their website to buy stuff. BUT before my card came in the mail there was an withdrawl of 29.95 for my account. I did not authorize this. I find out it is for memberdhip fee with was not explained in writing to me that I had to be a member of anything to get this card and that the card was only for thier on-line site. I would like my money back from them. I have tryed to go on-line which they say youcan but I can not find were it says to cancel the card on their web-site. Can you please help me get my money back?
