Have requested a returns number for a pair of jeans that do not meet website measurement and despite 2 phone calls and promises, 1 fax, and 3 emails they just simply do nothing. Have been waiting 3 weeks now.
The jean were ordered and paid for from UK, delivered to a US address and brought back via a relative, as a consquence a month had elapsed before I contacted them with the problem. I have read the terms and conditions which state 2 weeks for a full credit after this time store credit minus restocking fee, no time limit stated or if goods fail to meet criteria. They are simply ignoring me.
