This company has taken advantage of me being in a financial situation that has become worse! It started with Karen Cross. She told me to guard my money control number and not to even give it to her even though she was my "loan officer". Somehow they managed to get the money becayse i tried cancelling it but didnt do it in time thru Money Gram They turned it over to Mr. Frazier who informed me that I had been denied when ms. Cross told me that the funds would be in my account within a couple of hours. Now mr. Frazier is claiming to be working with another lender on my behalf. I told him I wanted my money back. He said it would take 30 days because they don't process refunds in his department. I could go on and on about the lies he has told me. When I mentioned to him that I found complaints on the Internet about his company, he said "ignore that, they have been resolved". Obviously not. I just hope I can get my money back somehow.
