I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests with not one being completed. July 5, was the first attempt. July 10th and July 12th. They were pending for so long the money went back in to my balance ready to be re-invested. I have submitted another withdrawal request along with various e-mails on August 18, and as with the prior requests and e-mails sent, my transaction is still pending. My patience is wearing thin and I'd like to know if there are further actions that can be taken to retrieve my money?
