I finally found a good price on a pair of boots that I was ordering for my wedding. Just like all the other complaints, I never received a confirmation email, tracking info or a response when I asked questions through their email/website. This is the first experience I have had like this. The only reason I ordered is because the payment was made through paypal. I will be filing a complaint with them also. I did receive shower cap like someone else had mentioned in their complaint too.
