I Wished to cancel my sale with this company after finding out that they do not provide what they offer. I tried to contact the company by email but they refuse to come to some kind of an arrangement. I must say i loved the people and my time in thailand its was the best time of my life, but this encounter with these british salesman have left a bad taste in my mouth. If you can help me retreive my money in any way i would be truly grateful. I feel this company should have allowed a cooling off period but they refuse to give one. If you can help please reply.
