I was looking into apartments in San Francisco and they wanted the deposit money be sent to them before giving me the keys. They keep saying they were going to send me the keys and keep giving me excuses the next day. So they would ask for more and make promises of sending them right after and even using God's name in their words. Then they keep giving more excuses like they got robbed, had an accident, and claiming David Starks died. I just wanted an apartment and they took all my savings and are still asking for more and I don't know what to do. They have already said they were going to fly to California to send me the keys and rental agreement 3 times and nothing has happened. I would ask them for my money back as a refund since they can't give me the keys but won't do it.
