He still wants me to send him more money before he will deliver the winnings. He has also used a phone number with a Seattle 206 prefix. Along with Mr Lucas there is Pedro Vasquez, M. Lee with the FTC. And Roy Johnson in Orlando, FL Pedro Vasquez is supposed to be in Fayetteville, NC.
