I called into Sprint Customer service to access my account and billing information. At the end of the conversation I queried the Sprint agent as to why my balance was about $10 more than it should be. "Jay" (I believe he said his name was), told me that there was an additional amount from a third-party company named "Shaboom" for something that I okayed online. I told him I did not okay any such third-party product and have never even heard of that company's name before talking to him. I do not want the product or service - whatever it is, and I want it off my account. He said he would make an adjustment to the account; open an investigation which should be completed within 72 hours; and block that third-party from my account.
