This is a follow up complaint against purasilk. I have just been informed by my credit card company that purasilk have taken another £60 from my account, again without my authorisation! I have been ripped off for the trial pot which I never recieved in June and then £74 in july for goods I did not order or recieve. I tried to email and telephone this company but to no avail. This is serious fraud and I intend to see this company pay!!! Something must be done to stop purasilk trading and swindling honest hard working people. They must be stopped now!!!
