We were told that we would have a family suite which was suppose to be a king size bed with a bunk bed and a single bed, we didn't get the extra single bed in Orlando, FL. We were told that we had a credit of $500.00 to spend at theme parks, we were sent a coupon book that was absolutely useless. Needless to say we did not take our grandchildren to the theme parks. We were charged an extra resort fee. That was in Orlando but things got worse in Cocoa Beach for us. We got into our room and found that the TVs didn't work so we spent the day waiting for repair men to come to replace them. Once they got that repaired our AC went on the blink and it was in the 90s in FL at that time. They told us we would have to move to another room and then cleaned up our original room for someone else. We again were charged a resort fee. This second hotel had not been up-graded since 2001. The wifi was absolutely useless b/c it never stayed connected. The family suite is just a small wall with a curtain for the door. I was told that my husband and I would have privacy, that's a joke. We were very unsatisfied. I tried to contact travel options with my complaints with noresponse back. The lied to us from the beginning. There was nothing given to us for doing the sales pitch. If you are contacted by travel options hang up on them. The company is a scam.
