I'm not YET saying I've been scammed, but it sure is looking a lot more likely. BEWARE!!! I ordered two of the antennas and tried them the following day. There was absolutely NO reception anywhere in my home and I live in the middle of the city! I returned them and they were received in their warehouse on 6/29 (sent delivery confirmation). I called on 6/27 to explain that I was returning them and to get all the correct information so there would be no hold-ups on the refund. I phoned again on 7/16,7/24 and 8/7 to get an update. Each time I have been told they have not been through the "process" yet and it would take up to 60 days to be refunded. It took 60 seconds to take it FROM my account! Even after calling four times, it's been approximately 8 weeks since they received the returned products and still. Nothing! I don't understand how businesses continue to operate with this type of policy. It is WRONG.
