I bought the Lexmark printer model X-7675 on DEC with a 3 years warranty the manufactured date on the printer is feb. The reason i bought it was the 5 years extended warranty which i registered at that time. Three days ago the printer got the "paper jam "indicator and i could not print or copy any more. I called Lexmark at 800-3324120 and they told me to find the e mail confirmation that i supposed to have from 3 years ago and send it to them in order to replace the printer since they can not service it. I told them its impossible to do that since i don't keep any e mail messages. They answer was to offer me a 20% discourage of a future printer buy. Also they gave me a confirmation number for future reference. The confirmation number they gave me was 1-9372756185. That, s to me the least is ridiculous unacceptable.
