We rented our Florida condo to Paul F Weissberg and Elena Blatrulionos Weissberg of Seaford, NY.
Initially they just wanted to rent 7 days and we gave them a reduced summertime rate of $400 for the week. While they were there they called us to see if they could stay 2 extra days. We told them we would have to see if our maid was available to clean on a Monday rather than the usual Saturday. This was necessary because we had other guests coming in on the following Friday and we had to have the place clean for them. They sounded like nice honorable people.
He said that he would send us a check ($114) for the 2 extra days as soon as they got back. We made it quite clear to them that departure time was 11:00am on Monday. Low and behold our maid, Joan gets there at 1:30 Monday and they are still there and appeared to have no plans of leaving anytime soon.
