I ordered a iPod for £3.89 for my daughters birthday early in June the item didn't come and then I was charged £59.60 on the 28th June. I went to my bank where the fraud team told me they had stopped any further payments to Ziinga.com and would look into it. Then on the 28th of July another £59.60 was took from my account! I sent a email to Ziinga who return with a reply of its all in the terms and conditions, which is not true. Not only did they take half of my daughters 13th birthday money but this month I struggled to pay my rent. I work very hard and I'm a low earner, this is just not right!
