I was checking my statement in May when I realised unusual amounts of money were being debited since February for gels and creams which I never ordered. A total amount of £547.71 was taken from my account without my knowledge and authorisation as I've never handed over my credit card details for a trial offer. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I was shocked and angry that people can do such things. I hope that we can get our money back please.
