My computer opened with a message saying it was infected start virus protection. When I attempted to start the program, received message that protection was infected and could not open. I have BT protection but could not access it. Only option I had was to purchase their software... Live Security Platinum. When submitted my one year option of 59.95 was changed to 89.95 on my charge card. At once my computer was functional again... Without scan. I immediately attempted to block payment via charge card. Now my netbook has received the same message and when I attempt to purchase in order to unblock my netbook, they do not honor my credit cards.netbook, totally blocked as of July 27.
