I ordered this product and when it was received, I found out that I would have to go on a 500 calorie/day diet. I cannot do this for health reasons. I emailed this individual 3 times requesting how to return the product for a refund, per their advertised "money back guarantee", and never received a reply. The product has not been opened and I stated that in my emails.
