I have had a laptop in their shop for about 2.5 weeks. It had an intermittent problem. They are sending it back tomorrow. I asked them to hold until August 15th. Today I spoke with customer service, executives at Toshiba and technicians... They told me I could not get my money back even thought the laptop was only a couple of months old. They will not replace it and I was warned that if I am overseas... My warrantees would not pay to bring the laptop back to the states. I feel I have been a victim of fraud by their customer service and the the executives that run Toshiba and the technicians at Tristar... Their repair centre in CA. They sold me a lemon and want to squeeze it and me until we break.
