I was told that i had to pay the 70 pounds so that the loan could be released. It wasnot and i complained then got told that i needed to pay another 210 pounds to release the loan because of goverment tax rules on loans. When i spoke to them they said they wouldnot refund the money i had paid over to them. They gave me a customer care number of 02032863984 but when i phone them now they hang up.
