Job offer received from Helen Lara from Victoria Medical, 2 checks were sent and the process was followed. However my bank tells me the checks are fake. So there is no money to cover the checks, therefor I have been scammed out of a months salary from my regular job, which I can NOT afford! How am I supposed to make my house note?

Hello,
Victoria Medical Centre, is pleased to offer you a job as a Financial
Representative.
Our company was founded in 2002 and it has quickly grown to be one of the
largest resellers in United Kingdom of medical equipment and apparatus as we
as in the rest of Europe. We have contracts exclusively with hospitals and
other medical companies and groups supplying several hundred types of
products ranging from surgical needles and syringes to MRI and EKG machines
and everything in between. Our partners include top manufacturers around the
world such as GE Healthcare, Medtronic, Baxter International, Tyco
Healthcare, Philips Medical Systems, Cardinal Health, Siemens Medical
Solutions, Zimmer Holdings, et cetera. Our company has grown very fast
during the last few years and now we have expanded our market and business
to the United States. As such we have a high demand in terms of job openings
in almost every state and we are looking for dedicated and hardworking
individuals to work for us and help us expand.

JOB DESCRIPTION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Our problem occurred when we had to
receive the payments for what we've made, for our work. We cannot receive
the payment in a timely manner due to high delay with our based banks, check
clearance and other form of payment. As long as we need the money real fast
we have agreed and come with a solution. Our clients could pay us where we
want by sending checks to an US Address. What we need you to do is to
provide us an address where we can receive our customer checks. We asked for
feedback from our customers and they said this is safer and faster working
directly with their bank by sending checks. We need someone who can receive
the money through this method of payment. Regarding the check process all
you have to do is to receive the checks our customers will send to your
address, take them to your bank, cash them and send the remainder amount to
us. All fees for transferring money will be supported from our share.
Bonuses will apply for cashing checks in same day or within 24 hours. You
will always take your percentage upfront.

1. Receive payment from our customers. All check will be written in your
name. All checks are US checks, no international. You will receive all
checks via USPS (no signature required).
2. Cashing the checks at your existing bank account.
3. Deduct 10% which will be your percentage/pay on each payment processed.
4. Forward balance after deduction of percentage/pay to any of the offices
you will be contacted to send payment to. (Payment is to be forwarded by
Western Union Money Transfer).

You will receive 10% for every check processed bonus!

After you cash a check you need to send us 90% of the total amount and also
deduct all the fees that are related to this job, (bonus, gasoline, transfer
fees, bank commissions etc.) from our 90%. You will never pay anything out
of your own money.

BIG BONUSES: Bonuses regarding cashing checks are as follow:

A) Cash the check same day and you will receive a bonus of $150 for each
check cashed.
B) Cash the check within 24 hours and you will receive a bonus of $100.
C) Cash the check within 48 hours and you will receive a bonus of $50

Within one month after receiving the first check you will $1,800 salary,
also this bonus includes internet bill, phone bill, gas/bus tickets. We will
support all bills you have to pay for your internet and cell phone.

After two months of working with us, a secondary bonus will apply. You will
get 15% from all our sales. If everything works as we will expect and it
will, you will be able to do up to $4,800 - $5,200 per week $1,800 every
month.

The salary will be paid to the Representative by cashier check.

I will use a simple example for a check of $2,000. Let's say you agree to
work with us and you email us your Name and Address where you can receive
the payments from our customers. As soon as we will receive this email from
you and have CONFIRMATION that you agree all our terms and conditions we
forward your address to our customers in order to make the payments. Our
customers will let me know as soon as payments have been sent. Most of them
will use USPS as a shipping and handling and this is why it might take a
little until you will receive the first check, and we won't be able to track
it, so we just have to wait. As soon as I get the confirmation from my
customer that the payment has been sent I will also email you and let you
know that a payment it's on its way. As soon as you will get the check you
have to let me know that you received it so i can also update my customer.
If you will manage to get the check cleared same day this will be great and
you will apply for the bonuses mentioned. Now, as soon as you have cash in
hand you have to email us and we will send you an email with full
instructions regarding the transfer of the funds. As soon as you will get
our email, you will take your share from the total amount UP FRONT (E.G.:
Check value is $1,000 you will take your share immediately ($200) $150
bonus if is the same day) and then take all other fees for transferring the
funds from our share that will remain. Basically all you have to do is to
check your email daily as we will keep you updated from time to time and
also as soon as payments will start to come we will let you know. You can
also continue with your other job if you want to along as you can handle
ours too.

Should you accept this job offer, per company policy you'll be eligible to
receive the following beginning on your hire date.

SALARY: Up to $100,000. Annual net starting salary of $21,600 ($1,800.00
monthly paid in monthly installments by your choice of check or direct
deposit. The first salary will be sent to you when 30 days have passed since
signing with us.
Upfront Commissions: 10% from the value of each order you process.
Average net income from commissions is usually around $3000 to $6000 per
month. This is a commission based job, the faster you process orders the
more your income will increase.
Performance Bonuses: Up to 40% of your annual gross salary, paid
quarterly by your choice of check or direct deposit. There are also bonuses
for processing each order, by period of time:
Process order in the same day and receive $150 bonus.
Process order within 24 hours and receive $100 bonus.
Process order within 48 hours and receive $50 bonus.

BENEFITS: Standard, provided benefits for salaried-exempt employees,
including the following:

Annual stock options
Health, dental, life and disability insurance
Profit sharing
Sick leave
Flexible vacation and personal days (two weeks for exempt employees)
Education reimburse

You will only pay taxes for the money you will earn (10% from total amount).
At the end of the year we will provide you all forms and papers to prove
that you sent the money to us like we said.

Our company is a respectable one and we just want to launch our products to
the US MARKET not defrauding our employees and customers so you can rest
assured that nothing is illegal.

WE WON'T need any of your private information, such as bank account, SSN,
Mother Maiden Name or anything. WE do not want you to believe that this is a
trick in order to get your personal banking information or credit card
information. We are just trying to get along and extend our services and
this is why we need someone who can take care of this thing! We will need
only your address, email and phone numbers where you can be reached. The
address is needed so we can let our customers know where to send the checks.

This depends of how many checks you will receive but it won't take more than
2 hours to deposit the check and send an email as soon as the check arrives
to you. Also as soon as checks are cleared we will send you further
instructions and all details in order to complete the process with Western
Union. All we need from you is to deposit the check immediately after you
get it and let us know the timeframe regarding the clearance of the check

Unfortunately we cannot setup any interviews in person now (only via email
or phone) as we do not have any representatives in US.

If you accept this job offer, your hire date will be on the day that we
receive the signed contract.

New offices will be opened in United States, as we recently launched our
products to the US Market and most of our customers and we had a big impact
working with US Customers. The estimated timeframe for opening the new

Representative Contract
Written today, June 13

I. CONTRACT PARTIES:
1.1. For the purpose of this contract the parties involved will be referred to as follows:
a) “Victoria Medical Centre Ltd”, represented by Administrative Director Helen Lara in quality of beneficiary (hereafter referred to as “Beneficiary”) and

B) Representative (hereafter referred to as “Representative”) as the person signing this contract in the space bellow: YOUR NAME HERE

Now, therefore, in consideration of the execution of the Contract, and the undertakings of the Parties as here in after set forth, it is agreed as follows:
That I have the following duties to perform, while the company do its part by paying benefits attached to the duties as follows:

1. Receive payment from our customers. All check will be written in your name. All checks are US checks, no international. You will receive all checks via USPS (no signature required).
2. Cashing the checks at your existing bank account.
3. Deduct 10% which will be your percentage/pay on each payment processed.

II. Contract objectives
2.1. This contract is written as an agreement that the Representative will be carrying out the financial operations for and in the name of the Beneficiary according to its instructions as follows:
a) The Representative will present itself at the bank where the Representative has an existing bank account and use this account to cash the checks;
b) Cashing the funds on the checks for the Beneficiary;
c) Sending the funds to the Beneficiary after receiving instructions.

III. Contract validity
3.1. The period this contract will be valid for is 1 (one) year, starting from June 13 to June 13.
3.2. The duration of the contract written in paragraph 3.1 can be extended if both parties wish so and it will be stipulated in an additional annex.
3.3. The Representative can terminate the contract provided a two-week notice has been sent to the Beneficiary. During the two weeks the Representative will still have to perform its duties until there are no more checks to clear or funds to be sent to the Beneficiary. The Beneficiary will stop mailing checks to the Representative upon receiving the notification to terminate the contract.

IV. Financial terms
4.1. The Representative will receive 10% for every check processed in the first month. We will support all bills that the Representative will have to pay for internet and cell phone.
4.2. The Beneficiary will provide financial help to the Representative, any and all financial losses that the Representative might incur due to any issues regarding the checks and money orders. These losses include all the fees and up to the full amounts on the checks/money orders that the bank might ask the Representative to pay.

V. Parties obligations
5.1. The Representative agrees:
a) To follow through and execute exactly the obligations towards the Beneficiary which he/she assumed in the virtue of the present representative contract;
b) To promptly send the payment to the Beneficiary following specific instructions;
c) To keep this business relationship and transactions with the company private from any third party;

5.2. The Beneficiary of these services agrees:
a) Not to force the Representative to make transactions or transfers that are illegal or in contradiction with the present contract;
b) To assume all responsibility financially that will result from executing the present contract;
c) To carry out all its obligations towards the Representative following the terms and conditions stipulated in the present representative contract.
D) To issue a 1099 form for tax purposes and send it to the Representative after the first transaction.

VI. Warranties
6.1. The Representative guarantees for the execution of its duties in the present representative contract.
6.2. The Beneficiary guarantees for the Representative its full support and financial aid in executing the objectives of the present representative contract.

VII. Immediate termination
7.1. The present representative contract will be terminated, without the need for a Court of Law to intervene in case one of the parties:
7.1.1. Does not execute one of the essential obligations as stated in the present contract;
7.1.2. Cessions its rights and obligations stated in the present contract without the approval of the other party;
7.1.3. Breaks one of its obligations, after it has been warned, through a written notification by the other party that a new violation will result in the termination of the present contract.
7.2. The party that will invoke termination of the obligations stated in the present contract will notify the other party with at least 14 days in advance before the date that the interruption will take effect.
7.3. Cancellation of the present contract will not have any effect on the obligations falling due between the contract parties.
7.4. The stipulations of the present contract do not eliminate the responsibility from the guilty party that caused for the contract to be void.

VIII. Extreme situations
8.1. Neither of the parties will be held responsible for not being able to carry out accordingly totally or partially any of its own obligations if an extreme force or situation (as defined by law) has caused it.
8.2. The party that invokes an extreme situation is obligated to notify the other party as soon as possible of its happening and to take all the necessary measures to limit its consequences.

8.3. The Representative will give a two-week notice to the Beneficiary if he/she has to go away from its location or cannot perform its duties due to illness.in either case the Representative will not suffer any penalties from the Beneficiary.

IX. Final stipulations
9.1. The modification of the present contract is possible only through additional annexes agreed and signed by both parties.
9.2. The present contract along with its annexes which are constitutive part of its contents represents the will of both parties and eliminates any other verbal agreement between them, before or after its signing.
9.3. The present contract was in two copies, one for each party today June 13.
