Run as fast as you can from Direct Buy! They lure you in with the promise of cheap prices on Home Goods, Remodeling, Furniture, etc... What they fail to tell you is you get absolutely nothing for your $5,000 investment. The prices may be cheaper but by the time you pay their inflated shipping prices and inflated tax prices you are not saving a dime. Plus, if you are like us, they do not ship directly to your home anymore and we have to drive 100 miles round trip to pick anything up. The big clincher is how long it takes to receive your items you order! We found out they purposely hold your orders for 2 months and with the money you had to pay upfront, they collect interest on it! Bad bad bad business! Save your money! Do not be duped like we were. We purchased a dinning room table, waited 2 months and when it arrived it was broken. They said they could either repair it or order a new one. We said we could not wait another 2 months for a table and we did not want it repaired. Are you kidding me? They said too bad and would not refund our money. I am contacting the BBB, the Attorney General's Office, and whoever else I can think of. My lawyer maybe!
