I ordered an automobile part from autopartsfair.com on 6/27. When I did a follow up on my purchase on 7/7 I discovered that the company's phone is answered by an automated system (888) 943-3580 which states that customers cannot leave messages as this is an online business practice and the recording then instructs to send an email to an email address. I have already sent two emails (to which neither I have gotten a reply). Yesterday's email I requested a cancellation of my order w/refund made. I found some really bad ratings since online on this company since. I expect a full refund. Can you help?
By the way I noticed a few hidden charges go in on their checkout statement. I should have listened to my gut feeling and cancelled the order right then and there.
