I called in today to get a quote and let me tell you I will be calling in Thursday to cancel the order I was pushed into getting. I felt very pressured to get a moving date and everything set up by the employee who I was speaking to and I cracked and gave her my credit card number thinking it would be easy to cancel my order. So far, it hasn't been! There's no way to cancel my order online like I wish there was. After learning how much the pods would cost I tried to tell the employee I wouldn't be able to afford it but she went ahead and said to give her my credit card number so we could "secure the dates". I didn't know this meant secure the move entirely! I feel tricked and scammed because the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Definitely not coming back and definitely not recommending. Telling everyone I know not to use PODS for moving!
