This "Alissa" posted a Mac Book Pro on Craigslist for $600. Said she moved from my area back to Vancouver. I live in a college town so I assumed she was an international student selling the Macbook cheap for easy money. I asked for the serial # so I could verify the age/specs of the MacBook and she actually provided a real one. When I offered to pay via PayPal, she said she wanted to use Interparcel since she didn't have a Paypal account. Everything seemed legit except the link she put in her email was to Delivery-Interparcel.com, not the real Interparcel website, but an exact mirror. I googled Interparcel scams and found numerous complaints involving an "Alissa" but with a different last name each time. Thanks Scambook for saving me some $.
If it sounds too good to be true it almost always is.
