Add me to this list... I too accessed the free trial for these two products at the cost of postage of $11.11 USD on 20 May. There was also no ability to read the terms and conditions - and nor did I see any visible evidence of the conditions regarding having to cancel prior to any set date in order to not have automatic debits from my account for further product.
It took many many weeks to receive the free trial pack (more than the 15 days they have now claimed that I had to cancel) - and since then have had 3 unauthorised charges to my account to the value of $283.06 USD, with another transaction pending hitting my account. When I did call the Sydney number I spoke for over 1 hour trying to get a refund on all my transactions. I was advised that they could only process refunds for the last 2 transactions and could do nothing for the earlier transactions even though I have not received any unordered product.
I have since put a stop to my visa account via my banking institution and had to arrange a new account. PLEASE stop these people from doing business. I am very careful when purchasing on the internet and still got scammed...
