In July -4, I file a complaint and subsequence lawsuit with the Department of Justice and Florida’s state attorney’s office against Pantheon Holdings. We went to court and the owner’s and sales people were all found guilty, sentenced to jail and restitution.
We lost $182,455.00 of our life savings and have yet to recover. The State attorneys office said no restitution has been paid and thus no payments can be made for our loses. We have truly suffer from this attempt to create a business that would help our family and future generations by expanding the business and buying more businesses.
The owner’s of Pantheon, have served a or is serving time, getting out and going back to their massive homes and fancy cars, while my family has lost homes and cars because of the financial burden they created for us.
So now for over 8 years we have been trying to recover and with the current economy, we can’t get there. We are hard working skilled people and have not nor will not give up. But it would be a great help to recover our money for the money spent and time and suffering incurred.
My Grandmother, who was one of the investors in this endeavor past in so her vision of leaving a legacy for the family she was leaving did not come to reality before she left. That was hurtful for all of us.
Anything that can be done will be helpful, a Civil suit against the owner’s, victim’s financial recovery funds, anything will help at this point.
