While looking at a site for loans, my computer froze and crashed. I couldn't get back onto the site later; but didn't worry because I figured any information had been deleted when my system crashed. Obviously not! I want this "membership" cancelled, my 99.49 returned, and the $ 25 NSF fee re-imbursed that I incurred due to this transaction.
