I had $7.00 and change in my account when Premier Membership Clubs withdrew $14.00 from my checking account. My bank charges a $28.00 a day penalty for any negative balance of more than $5.00. @$28.00 daily for six days and counting I have incurred a $175.00 penalty and/or loss.
