National real estate services non-payment for service rendered

I contructed a bpo for this company and they have yet to pay for service rendered and it has been 6mo. Always an excuse starting over 3mo ago. I am usually paid within 30 days for similar job. This company has lied to me for over 3mo. Now they tell me to contact another number which is a solicitation site for refunds on past purchases. Which is nothing to do with real estate appraisels.
