I purchased a home using Ed Forrester's Premier Real Estate Solutions (Previously ENL Investments). He kept my $3000 deposit for the home even after escrow removed it as a requirement. I got the run-around for "check is in the mail" since Nov. 2011.By Dec. None of my emails, phone calls, text were returned. After about 5 months I entered and won a small claims suit. Still no word from Ed or his "secretary", all known bank accounts have been closed... Any help???
