I received a letter with a check for $1,650.00 as part of a $30,000.00 "guaranteed prize/"Customer Reward Draw""in the mail on June 4th. This letter is from "T. F Services, postmarked from Baltimore, MD dated June 1st.
The (scam) letter states as following:

You are entitled to a guaranteed prize of $30,000.00 in Certified check, which will be delivered to you by our accredited courier company.
Enclosed is a check of $1,650 deducted from your entire winning price. This check amount will pay for all processing fees and delivery charges.
