My wife just had a horrible experience with this store…total rip off. They literally “scammed” her for $300. I did not think it was legal in 21st century America. And they did not even care. Their general manager Alexis lied to me directly. I asked one thing and after promising she will take care of it, she did completely different one. I cannot believe it. I am so amazed by their unprofessionalism, More I Google about this store more I read numerous of complains, I wonder come they are still in the business.
Next step is to contact Daniel Stanton (CEO) and if he does not care what is going on in his own company, then I will give up.
