As part of a comcast promo by offerwire (which is a whole story on its own), i got subscribed to something called "real networks super pass" without being aware of it. Looking through my email i received an invoice over US$0.00, that did not mention that this is only the beginning of a paid subscription. When i tried to log in to their website to cancel this mysterious service using the instructions on their invoice, i received error messages stating "user unknown", making it impossible to cancel. Yet, i recently discovered that ~21$ got charged to my credit card for the two following months. I got charged for a service that i clearly could not consumate as the site does not even let me log in. There are no contact email addresses for technical support.
