I ordered a book entitled "The Amateur", which I have not received. There also was a trial order for the "Franklin Prosperity Report 2". I would like to be removed from this trial offer. I'm not sure when I placed this order, but it must be well over a month. If you cannot get the book to me for some reason, please refund the money. Thank you
