I ordered a pair of sperrys on May 7th and was given an email with an order confirmation and so forth. When about a month passed and I still had not received my shoes, I tried emailing them but it did not go through. The email came back to me as "failed" and so I tried again and the same thing occurred. Afterwards I proceded to calling the customer service line and the line is not activated, so I lost 40$ and have no shoes.
