ICPX is an overseas Software company with no U S address to my knowledge. It does post ads in certain catalogs with a P O Box address. Their scam is to get a person to agree to terms and polices which are all in legal terms which the average person can not understand without the help of an lawyer. And of course only after you pay them they let you know that you will be dealing and mailing with overseas companies only.in doing so one is required to mail letters to each of these companies that ICPX provides to you. You see you won't find about this till you pay them and then down load their program of which you can not make copies of, this includes certain forms that you will need to help you. You are also told that you should write your letters in the speech of the country that you must mail to, along with your English letter. Now this company does have a REFUND policy which also has a " catch 22 " to it. You will also need a lawyer for this to.
